General Summary:Job function:To join Qualcomm Customer Engineering team for display driver support for eDP/DP/TBT4/MIPI/HDMI interface support under KMD,u00a0 debugging on Qualcomm compute Snapdragon products on Win11.u00a0u00a0Customer Engineers are expected to:- Customize Windows ARM-based Display software drivers for OEM.- Define/explore technical competitiveness of Display SW, including performance, power, and UEFI eDP/DP.- Troubleshoot Windows display software, uefi eDP/DP interface, dock or dongle HDMI/DP/type-C issues.- Partner with external customers to understand the requirements and assist customers to define proper product spec and plans.u00a0Responsibilities:- Integration, development, and system debugging on OEM designs.- Porting LCD driver according OEM specific request/design and in charge of End to End support.- Handling customer Q&A, and work closely with internal developers.- Provide training to customer and communicate with internal for feature design details.u00a0Preferred Skill/Experiences:- 4+ years' experience with C/C++ programming, Experience on embedded HLOS.u00a0- Experience with Qualcomm display software and familiar with VESA display interfaces, including MIPI, eDP, DP, HDMI, i2c, AUX.- Experience with Windows/ACPI is a plus.- Experience with Windows WDDM include Graphics/Video/Display/DirectX/DirectML is a plus.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.u00a0Preferred Education Requirements:- Master's degree in EE/CS, related technical field or equivalent practical experience.u00a0u00a0Minimum Qualifications:u2022 Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 2+ years of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.ORMaster's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 1+ year of Software Applications Engineering, Software Development experience, or related work experience.ORPhD in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.u2022 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.u2022 1+ year of any combination of academic and/or work experience with debugging techniques.u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0u00a0Qualcomm is an equal opportunity employer.
