JOB REQUIREMENTS: WPS, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seekingStudent - Building/Grounds Maintenance (Student Laborer-General)positions in our Green Bay, Wisconsin location. These positions arerepresented by Local No. 420 IUOE. These positions will start in May orJune, works full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm during the summermonths. Starting Pay: $19.22 Job Summary Student Laborers providegeneral assistance and perform miscellaneous duties (indoor cleaning &maintenance, outdoor maintenance, clerical/customer service, etc.) asassigned by the department. Student laborers work may be performed inthe corporate offices, district offices, power plants, service center,warehouse, and other field locations. Job Responsibilities IndoorCleaning & Maintenance (e.g. dusting, sweeping, painting,equipment/facility cleaning & maintenance, unloading & loading warehouseproducts, garbage removal, general cleaning, etc.) Outdoor Maintenance(e.g. yard maintenance/planting, lawn mowing, painting, snow removal,wash/dry vehicles, equipment, & facilities, basic landscaping, windowwashing, etc.) All other laborer duties as assigned MinimumQualifications Must be 18 years of age or older High School diploma,GED, or HSED Enrolled as a part-time/full-time student pursuing atechnical, associate, bachelor, or master degree A valid driver'slicense End Date: 02/22/2026 Minimum Posting Range: $19.22 MaximumPosting Range: $21.43 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximumfor the position at the time of posting and may be modified in thefuture. The starting salary/pay within the pay range will be based onseveral factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education,qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location,shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, andbusiness and organizational needs.
