May also spend some time designing and implementing clinical programs, policies, and services using specialized knowledge and skills. Specialty license or certification required which is acquired through advanced education, training and/or experience. Licensure: Licensed to practice as a Dental Hygienist by the Commonwealth of Virginia Department of Health Professions Board of Dentistry. American Heart Association (AHA) Health Care Provider BLS certification required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting/standing for prolonged periods, frequently bending/stooping/traveling, steps) and reaching (overhead, extensive, repetitive). Proficient communicative, auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly; Ability to lift/push/pull less than 20lbs. May be exposed to fumes, chemicals, vibrations, humidity, radiation, noise, blood/body fluids and infectious disease. The starting base rate for this role is $50.00 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
