Myers Academy (FMYA) is located in Fort Myers, Florida. We are a moderate risk, all-female program, contracted through the Florida Department of Juvenile Justice, which offers comprehensive care and treatment, specializing in evidence-based intensive mental health services. The academy offers qualified supervision hours. We are dedicated to providing high-quality care in a serene and supportive environment, designed to promote healing and recovery for individuals facing mental health challenges. With a focus on evidence-based practices, Ft. Myers Academy ensures that each client receives personalized, effective treatment tailored to their specific needs. Pay: $80,000.00 annually Perks & Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision and company paid Life Insurance within 90 days, and 401k match of up to 6% after 1 year of employment, Paid Time Off that can be used as soon as it accrues and more ROP-benefits-and-perks-2 What you will do: The Licensed Therapist in the Rite of Passage program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing case plans and treatment programs based on the needs of each student and the requirements of the placing agency. They provide individual, group, family, and case management services while ensuring the program meets therapeutic goals. Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Licensed Therapist also supervises group living staff, ensuring proper support for students. They maintain accurate documentation, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the program's ongoing development. To be considered you should: Possess a MA, MS or MSW. Licensed LMSW, LMFT, or LMHC. Prior Case Management experience required including three yearsu2019 experience with juveniles. Prior substance abuse education, intervention and treatment services provided to juveniles (CAC II or CAC III preferred). Information regarding Schedule/hours/shifts: 5 days a week, with 2 days off.
