This is your opportunity to oversee dedicated project teams delivering strategies that protect critical assets and ensure compliance across advanced manufacturing and industrial environments.Organize, direct, and coordinate activities related to asset management initiatives, including reliability assessments, preventative and predictive maintenance planning, regulatory compliance support, and operational efficiency improvements—from initial evaluation through implementationCollaborate with asset management team leadership to manage and motivate a high-performing group of technical professionals, ensuring excellence in project delivery and achieving team utilization goalsEffectively manage project budgets, scope, and schedules to deliver successful outcomes for critical environmental initiativesEngage with clients, regulatory agencies, and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and expectations are exceeded throughout each phaseBachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, science, planning, engineering management, or a related field requiredMinimum of 7 years of industry experience required; minimum of 4 years of project management and/or coordination experience required Demonstrated experience managing client relationships, understanding contract requirements, and overseeing multiple concurrent projectsExperience with Microsoft Office required; knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, or Deltek Vision preferredExcellent communication, problem‑solving, project financial management, and leadership skillsAbility to travel as needed and work collaboratively with technical teamsConsulting experience highly preferredStrategic thinker with the ability to guide and motivate team activity and resolve issues with urgencyAbility to demonstrate technical proficiency and manage relationships across the companyPMP, PE or equivalent professional license preferredPlay an essential role in keeping our clients’ operations efficient, cost‑effective, and compliant—helping them reduce risk, improve reliability, and enhance their competitivenessGrow your career in a collaborative environment backed by deep engineering expertise and advanced manufacturing knowledgeEnjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for local and occasional travelCurious about the innovative work our Asset Management team is delivering?
