In this pivotal role, you’ll lead innovative solutions, mentor technical teams, and help clients modernize their generation assets to improve energy resilience and achieve long‑term operational success.Lead the technical execution of complex engineering designs, technical reports, and specifications for power generation, energy management, and industrial facility projectsProvide expert consultation and resolve highly complex technical issues across various areas of advanced technologyLead advanced technical projects, collaborating with other engineering departments and project management staff to deliver sustainable solutionsDevelop and manage discipline work plans aligned with project milestones, ensuring projects are completed within budget and scheduling restraintsGuide and mentor junior engineering staff, including providing technical reviews and supportDeliver technical development of proposals and external presentations to clients, public, and regulatory agenciesBachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required; Master’s degree preferredMinimum of 10 years of progressive engineering experience requiredProfessional Engineer (PE) license requiredExpert knowledge of the respective engineering discipline with a proven ability to apply best practicesAdvanced proficiency with engineering, computational, and modeling software (Revit, AutoCAD, MicroStation, etc.)Strong understanding of QA/QC procedures, business practices, and engineering lawsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; persuasive and articulate in all settingsParticipation in professional engineering societies/organizations preferredWhy You’ll Love It Here:Lead energy projects that promote sustainable energy solutions and optimize efficiency Collaborate with experienced professionals and accelerate your growth from day one in a culture that values innovation, advocacy, and project excellenceEnjoy a flexible work environment with opportunities for travel and professional developmentCurious about the impactful work our Generation & Energy Management team is doing?
