This is your opportunity to enhance financial performance and contribute to the planning, oversight, and delivery of projects that shape our success.Manage project administration for assigned portfolio of Project Managers, including establishing financial setup, revenue methods, budgets, and reporting in Deltek Vision to support accurate and timely project executionAnalyze budget‑to‑actual variances, collaborate with project teams on corrective actions, and provide sound financial counsel to Sector Finance leadership to support project performanceVerify contract and change order characteristics and monitor compliance with contractual commitments and subcontracting requirements such as MWBE and FAR, as well as company policiesReview, organize, and maintain key project documentation while supporting internal, regulatory, and client audit activitiesPrepare accurate draft invoices aligned with contract terms, secure project manager approvals, and finalize timely submissions to clientsMonitor outstanding receivables, manage client A/P communications and billing portals, and ensure timely resolution of unpaid or unbilled itemsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related discipline required; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMinimum of 4 years of project accounting, cost accounting, financial analysis, or similar activity requiredStrong knowledge of revenue accounting and invoicing practices with an understanding of business systems, financial tracking, and project management systemsExperience with enterprise accounting systems required; experience with Deltek Vision or comparable enterprise accounting system highly preferredProficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and WordExceptional communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate in a team environment with matrix responsibilitiesExcellent organizational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesPrevious experience in a professional services or project‑oriented field and rapid-paced, high-volume environmentBe a trusted financial partner supporting essential project delivery in a flexible and collaborative environmentExpand your expertise in project financial management and enterprise systems while gaining exposure to diverse clients, contracts, and project types$36.05 - $38.46Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.At CHA, we work every day to create solutions, help people, and improve our world, committed to creating and fostering excellence in our diverse and highly talented teams.
