We’re looking for aGraphicDesignerto help bring the Memphis Hustle, FedExForum, Grind City Media,Memphis Grizzliesand Grizz Gaming brands to life.In this role, you will create engaging visual concepts and deliver awide rangerangeof assets for digital, print, social, broadcast, andinarenaplatforms.You will work closely with every business operations department to support campaigns, events, and initiatives that connect with fans and strengthen our brand presence. This isa great opportunityto combine creativity,storytellingand designexpertisein a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Designoriginal, high-impactcreative materialsacrossdigital marketing assets,social graphics,in arena graphics, broadcast visuals, printed and other executions as neededCreate within established brand guidelines and graphic standards, ensuring consistency across Grizzlies, Hustle, FedExForum, Grind City Media, and Grizz GamingCollaborate closely with the Manager of Creative Services and incorporate feedback from the Director of Creative Services to refine and elevate creative outputExecute creative project direction, goals and requirements as outlined by the Creative Project Manager, ensuringtimely deliveryBuild andmaintain strong relationships throughout the organizationAssistwith the organizationand maintenance of theDigital Asset Management (DAM) system through archiving,tagging and distributionAdapt to event-driven schedules, including working occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as neededOther duties as assigned1-3 years of experience creating graphic designsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Designor certificate from an accredited art/technical collegeStrong designand production skills, with an eye for detail and qualityProficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat)Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing prioritiesExpertisein typesetting and layout witha strong senseof visual hierarchyExcellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills, with clear written communicationAbility to work quickly and efficiently without sacrificing qualityCreative problem-solver who works independently and takes initiativeHighly organized and motivated, with strong time and project management skillsCollaborative team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset Nice to HavePhotography, motion, and/or illustration skillsFluent in creating interactive PDF filesKnowledge and interest in the professional sports industry, especially the NBAWhat We OfferAt the Memphis Grizzlies, we strive to support our team members through all stages of life with robust and attractive benefits, financial and wellness options and great perks.
