This role combines technical expertise with strong sales ability, helping homeowners make informed decisions about their HVAC systems.Please note: this position will report to our Rockville, MD locationBenefits:Guaranteed base pay plus competitive sales commission-high earning potential of $125-$150k/yearCompany vehicle, tools, and uniform provided.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Ongoing training and career advancement opportunities.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems.Recommend and sell system upgrades, replacements, and maintenance plans.Provide clear, honest communication with homeowners about system performance and options.Collaborate with dispatch and sales teams to ensure efficient scheduling and follow-up.Maintain accurate service and sales documentation.Qualifications:Minimum of 3 years of residential HVAC experience.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Proven ability to upsell or close service-related sales.EPA Certification required; NATE Certification preferred.Valid driver’s license with a reasonably clean driving record.F.H.
