Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members' financial, physical, and mental well-being.Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—mayvaryby position.Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.Click HEREto discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing Assisting the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department Exercising discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions Working independently on player developmentDevoting majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests - identifying and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests Communicating constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast membersContacting guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events - issuing comps based on player ratings Hosting outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters Promoting casino marketing programs via telemarketing Following all safety rules Adhering to departmental quality standardsMaintaining compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements Working within the guidelines established by the company Other duties as assignedBachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university is preferred Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word) Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spacesWe’ve grown to become the leading provider of integrated entertainment, sports content, and casino gaming experiences thanks to our 43 destinations across North America, online sports betting and iCasino via theScore Bet Sportsbook and Casino®.Being an industry leader means more than being a purveyor of fun.
