Product Support Sales Representative - Power Systems

Are you passionate about helping customers keep their equipment running at peak performance? Milton CAT is looking for a Product Support Sales Representative to join our Power Systems team. In this field-based role, you’ll help customers reduce operating costs and minimize downtime by promoting Caterpillar parts, preventative maintenance, and repair solutions. You’ll serve as the primary liaison between customers and Milton CAT, driving sales and building long-term relationships across your assigned territory.Salary Range: Base range $55,000 - $65,000, plus bonus. Promote all Milton Cat product support offerings, including service agreements and upgrades. Develop strategic account plans to grow territory sales Provide guidance on equipment maintenance and service optionsMaintain customer profile and competitor intelligenceMeet targets for sales, profits, units, and close ratiosMaintain CRM records and verify machine population annually.Support customers after hours when needed.Participate in business and trade events; maintain membership in trade organizationsSell and manage Customer Value Agreements (CVA) and Long-Term Service Agreements (LTSA)Manage and sell services including: Fuel polishingTransfer switch and generating testingLoad bank testingPanel upgrades and replacements This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. High school diploma required; associate degree or trade certification preferred. 3-5 years of experience in generator or heavy-duty equipment supportProficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
