The ideal candidate for this position will have the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with physicians and department support staff.1-3 years' experience as an NP, Gastroenterology specialty preferredOutpatient weekday clinic; no Saturday clinic hours1-2 evening clinic hours per weekInpatient roundingNew patient consultsSome weekday and weekend call requirementsSpanish speaking, preferredExcellent benefits, PTO, CME and retirement plansAnnual salary: $110K - $125KEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Master's degree of Nursing required.LICENSURE, CERTIFICATION OR REGISTRATION REQUIRED:BLS Provider credentialed from the American Heart Association (AHA) obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Credentials are verified by local staff credentialing office.Nurse Practitioner credentialed from the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.
