Quality Assurance Inspector

We provide a safe, climate-controlled, and clean work environment for our employees offering a full benefits package including free daily lunches and products.This is a 1st Shift Position: Monday - Thursday 8:00am - 6:00pm in Stevens Point, WI.What to Expect:Conduct line clearance and pre-operation inspections to ensure equipment, rooms, and components are properly preparedReview of GMP documentation (i.e., batch paperwork) to ensure accuracy, completeness, and complianceIdentify and report any discrepancies or deviations, ensuring resolution before product releaseCollaborate with Manufacturing operators and supervisors to resolve deviations or issuesAssist in the development of corrective and preventative actionsMaintain accurate and detailed records, ensuring all steps are completed and deviations reported properlyIdentify and report defective products or materials, working closely with production team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.Operate in a safe manner while performing all duties including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)Perform in-process checks and inspections throughout the manufacturing process to ensure the components and products are being produced according to specifications.What You Will Contribute:Preferred qualifications include a BS/BA in a related science field or an Associate degree in Quality Assurance, along with experience in scientific or regulatory industries (e.g., manufacturing, dietary supplements).Basic knowledge of quality systems and/or quality auditingBasic knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices cGMP, Regulations 21 CFR Part 111ASQ certification desirableProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (includes Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint), experience in SharePoint, and ERP systems desiredWhat You Will Receive:$23.00 - $25.00/Hourly depending on experience and qualifications.Bonus ProgramHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, 401(k) with matching, HSA with company contribution.Earn up to 15 paid days off annually.Paid Holidays on business workdays.Company-paid on-site wellness meals.Gym membership reimbursement.Employee Assistance Program.Voluntary benefits: short-term disability, whole/term life, hospital indemnity, critical illness, accident expense.Opportunities for growth and development such as company university and tuition reimbursement options.On-staff health coach, one-on-one or group coaching.Health and wellness initiatives: walking challenge, weight loss challenge, health risk assessment and more!Why Work at Ortho Molecular Products:Our healthcare system faces significant challenges, with issues like complexity and inefficiency.
