Other duties may be assigned.Works under the supervision of the Ticket Office Manager.Projects professional appearance and manner.Provides information to patrons regarding performances and ticket policies.Provides customer service in all aspects of the Ticket Office, including phones.Utilizes Ticketmaster software to process ticket sales.Maintains accuracy in financial transactions.Assists in the enforcement of building policies for patrons.Provides assistance for patrons in emergency situations.Accountable for transactions at his/her workAbility to multitask in a fast‐paced environmentFamiliarity with Windows based computersPossess excellent customerservice skillsExperience working with the public and cashAbility to work independently and as a productive member of a teamCapable of working a flexible schedule and extended hours, including but not limited to working early mornings, nights, weekends and holidaysin addition to traditional business hoursMust be able to work in a loud noise environmentMust be over 18 years or olderStrong verbal communication skills in the English language (Spanish is a plus)Proven ability to work well with all levels of managementStrong analytical and problem‐solving skillsAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
