Interns will work directly with the Group Sales Manager at Casey's Center to gain practical knowledge of group sales strategies, customer engagement, and event promotion. This is an opportunity to explore the inner workings of a dynamic venue while developing professional skills in a supportive environment.We’re seeking a motivated student who is eager to learn and contribute. The ideal candidate is curious, organized, and passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests.This role is expected to last from January 12, 2026 and will end on April 13, 2026.This role pays an hourly rate of $12.00This position will remain open until January 31, 2026.Key Learnings:Gain hands-on experience in group sales and event marketing at a professional sports and entertainment venueExposure to CRM platforms, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office programsDevelop skills through mentorship, collaboration, and networking with industry professionalsUnderstand sales strategy, customer engagement, and event operationsContribute to real-world projects with measurable impactStrengthen communication, organization, and problem-solving abilitiesLearn how to deliver exceptional guest experiences at large-scale eventsPursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Management, Sports Management, Hospitality, or a related fieldInvolvement in campus organizations or leadership rolesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Detail-oriented with a proactive mindsetComfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentAt OVG, we understand that to continue positively disrupting the sports and live entertainment industry, we need a diverse team to help us do it.
