TheDirector ofOperations at PCCworks closely with the Directors of Stores, the VP ofStoreOperations,and store support functions (such as Finance,Store Development,IT and Legal)to defineand lead processesrelated to laborbudgetsandsalesforecasts,annual and quarterlyplanning,KPItracking and reporting,and otherdaily store operations,functionsand programssuch as staff safetyand food safety.In this capacity, the Director of Operations plays a critical rolein bringing together a diverse set ofteams and functionsin support of theco-op’s long-term goals. In addition, theyare responsible forstrengtheningand innovating daily operations and complianceacrossPCC, proactivelymanaging risks while looking for continuous program improvements.US-WA-Seattle1320 4th Ave$120,000-$160,000/year, depending on experience.
