This is anin-personposition based at our Rockville Centre, NY headquarters.This role offers significant responsibility and visibility within a fast-growing company. You will manage the full provider enrollment process for commercial payers and Medicare, owning the day-to-day credentialing work with support from a modern credentialing platform to streamline certain tasks. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, detail-oriented, and ready to bring industry insight, leadership, and intelligent oversight to help shape and scale our credentialing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform timely follow-up with insurance companies in accordance with payer guidelines and department standardsTrack all follow-up deadlines and use established department processesEscalate any issues or delays to management before deadlines are missedProactively communicate changes and updates to relevant departments and leadershipMaintain accurate, real-time documentation of every payer interaction (date of contact, representative name, reference number if provided, summary of discussion/request, next steps required; save related emails as proof if no reference number is given)Make daily updates to credentialing files and payer-specific spreadsheets following each action takenEnsure contract details and status updates are accurately reflected in designated spreadsheetsSupport CAQH re-attestations, obtain payer contracts (including fee schedules), and verify provider loadingAssist with un-credentialing of departing providersCollect and review preliminary credentialing packets from new clinicians (malpractice insurance, NPI, licenses, education, etc.)2-4 years of experience in credentialing, insurance verification, payer enrollment, or medical billingStrong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detailProficiency with online payer portals (e.g., Availity, CAQH) and Excel spreadsheetsAbility to work independently, prioritize tasks, and escalate appropriatelyExperience in mental health, psychology, or behavioral health preferred but not requiredHigh school diploma required; relevant certification (e.g., CPCS, CPMSM) a plusPart-time(8-16 hours/week)- flexible scheduling availableHourly rate: $26-$31 per hour (based on New York/Long Island market rates for experienced credentialing coordinators)A full-time position is eligible for the following benefits: a comprehensive range of medical benefits (which includes medical, dental, and vision insurance), a 401(k) plan, and paid time off.Significant opportunity for growth, advancement, and impact as the company continues to expand rapidlyCurect is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
