Leveragestrong communicationand stakeholder engagement skills togather necessaryinputand make informed recommendationsevenin situations where there is inherent ambiguity. Lead reviews of interconnection studies andidentifycreative pathways toremoveroadblocks andexpediteprojects.Commercial & Strategic GrowthPartner with senior leadership to shape and execute EPE’s growth strategy across ERCOT and beyond.Identifyand pursue new service lines andproducts.Leadproposaland RFPdevelopmentefforts.Contribute thought leadership through conferences, technical papers, and industry forums.Drive the development of internal toolsand analytics that strengthen EPE’sposition in the market.Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:Minimum8years of experience in the electric energy industrywith at least 2 years of prior experience in a leadership role.Proven ability to connect the dots between technical depth and commercial strategy.Exceptional communicator who can influence,createalignmentand make decisions confidently under uncertainty.Strong understanding of ERCOT and TSP interconnection requirements and standards.Strongwritten and verbalcommunicationandability to workcollaboratively andeffectively with cross-functional teams.Ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and fostering collaboration across functions and geographies.Beneficial ExperienceDirect experience working at aUtilityin the ERCOT footprintor on behalf of these entities as a consultant. Experience in IBR modellingand/orloadmodelling.
