Experienced with hydraulics, pneumatics, electricity and electronics, personal computer, and lasers. Thorough knowledge of Company products, applications and equipment for each task.Skills & Abilities: Outstanding technical, mechanical, plus leadership/influence, performance management basics, communication, interpersonal, adaptability, ability to learn quickly and work independently, initiative, integrity, customer and quality focus, analysis and judgment/problem-solving, safety awareness and planning and organizing. Must be able to operate equipment such as forklift, gun, caster equipment, wire feeder, laser, SEQUAD, Mag-O-Star, etc.Physical & Mental: Ability to lift to 50 pounds (or more in certain shops). Must be able to withstand the physical pressures of constant standing, walking, bending, climbing, kneeling, crouching, reaching, sitting, extremes of hot and cold, as well as carrying, lifting, pushing and pulling heavy objects. Must be able to gather data, draw conclusions and handle a high level of stress.General: May require working rotating shifts, emergency call outs, and overtime. Must wear all required safety gear. May be requested to travel.
