As a Talent and Leadership Development Partner - Hybrid remote (work/home) your contributions will support Hanger’s vision of cultivating a state-of-the art talent function (annual performance review process, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development.) that fuels Hanger’s ambitions to become the most valued orthotics and prosthetics organization in the world.In this pivotal role you will:Provide thought leadership on key talent management focus areas, such as annual performance review process, talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development. Design, develop, and support strategic talent management programs/projects. Create or update talent management resources, communications, and training materials.Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of the HCM talent management system modules.
