Accounting Manager

Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to handle daily AP, Financial Operations, and Transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping for multiple entities. Responsibilities: u2022 Manage accounts payable processes, including check runs, wire transfers, and issuing payments. u2022 Perform bank, account, and credit card reconciliations across multiple entities. u2022 Monitor and manage multiple bank accounts effectively. u2022 Assist in preparing journal entries and maintaining general ledger accuracy. u2022 Handle payroll duties and maintain accurate records. u2022 Provide financials and data to main office in California. u2022 Collaborate with executives to provide financial reports and address transactional requests. u2022 Communicate regularly with the property manager to gather and report financial data. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks and Excel to maintain and analyze accounting records. u2022 Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration. u2022 Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably managing multiple entities. u2022 Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel. u2022 Strong skills in account reconciliation and journal entry preparation. u2022 Experience processing accounts payable and wire transfers. u2022 Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus. u2022 Ability to work collaboratively with executives and team members. u2022 High attention to detail and organizational skills.
