Description We are looking for a talented Digital Designer to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is a long-term contract opportunity for a creative, detail-oriented individual who excels in developing visually compelling digital experiences. The ideal candidate will play a key role in crafting designs that align with brand standards and enhance user engagement across multiple platforms. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop visually engaging designs that adhere to brand guidelines and reinforce the company's identity. u2022 Collaborate with marketing teams to create creative concepts and execute designs that support campaign initiatives. u2022 Optimize digital assets for usability, accessibility, and performance across various devices and platforms. u2022 Work closely with content and UX teams to deliver intuitive designs and impactful visual storytelling. u2022 Organize and maintain design files, ensuring proper version control and asset management. u2022 Adapt designs to meet the needs of different audiences while maintaining consistent brand messaging. u2022 Contribute to brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas and creative solutions. u2022 Stay updated on digital design trends and best practices to ensure competitive and modern designs. u2022 Provide support for creating brochures and other marketing materials as needed. Requirements u2022 2u20134+ years of experience in digital or graphic design with a strong attention to detail. u2022 Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and XD, as well as Figma or similar software. u2022 Strong expertise in layout, typography, color theory, and digital design principles. u2022 Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. u2022 A portfolio showcasing a range of digital design work and creative projects. u2022 Knowledge of best practices for designing responsive and accessible digital experiences. u2022 Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. u2022 Experience in designing brochures and other print materials is a plus.
