Description We are looking for an experienced Office Manager to lead and manage administrative operations in a manufacturing environment. This role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to ensuring the office functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will bring over three years of experience and expertise in bookkeeping and office management. If not, for immediate consideration, please apply or call Warren Knight at 484-214-2624 Responsibilities: u2022 Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth office workflows and processes. u2022 Manage scheduling, correspondence, and communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. u2022 Support human resources functions, including coordinating employee onboarding and maintaining accurate records. u2022 Perform bookkeeping duties such as managing accounts payable, accounts receivable, and conducting bank reconciliations. u2022 Coordinate purchasing and inventory of office supplies and equipment to meet operational needs. u2022 Prepare financial reports and monitor budgets to assist in decision-making. u2022 Collaborate with vendors to ensure timely payments and maintain positive relationships. u2022 Utilize QuickBooks and other accounting software to manage financial transactions. u2022 Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks. Requirements u2022 Bacheloru2019s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. u2022 Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a similar role. u2022 Proficiency in bookkeeping practices, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations. u2022 Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and other accounting software. u2022 Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively. u2022 Excellent communication skills to interact with teams and external partners. u2022 Familiarity with Sage 100 software is an advantage. u2022 Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
