Behavioral Health Technician Paid Internship Available Fall 2026 - starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience and certifications + $400 training bonus Description: Do you have experience in behavioral therapy and want to learn from a company that actively improves the lives of the individuals it serves? In the Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) Intern role, you will be responsible for ensuring behavior management programs are consistently implemented for youth 21 and under: u2022 Promote safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills u2022 Follow the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment u2022 Educate parents/guardians on reinforcement and intervention information u2022 Accurately collect behavior data including: A-B-C, count, frequency, duration, latency, inter-response time, event, and interval-based recording as needed u2022 Attend clinical meetings as assigned such as access review meetings, clinical team meetings, progress conferences, etc. What You'll Gain: At the end of your internship, with your combination of hands-on experience, supervision, and training, you will be able to: 1. Accurately and independently record data based on observations 2. Demonstrate effective interventions when working with youth with behavioral needs 3.
