Description We are looking for an experienced Specialty Recruiter Intermediate to join our client's team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a long-term contract position that requires a proactive individual with strong recruiting expertise and the ability to drive strategic hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will play a key role in streamlining recruitment processes and aligning hiring strategies with organizational goals. Responsibilities: u2022 Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies tailored to organizational needs. u2022 Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring seamless processes from sourcing to onboarding. u2022 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices. u2022 Analyze market data to identify trends and improve recruitment outcomes. u2022 Conduct meetings with customers and stakeholders to align recruitment goals with business objectives. u2022 Act as a subject matter expert on policies, hiring procedures, and worker's compensation. u2022 Optimize recruiting processes by identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. u2022 Drive strategic initiatives to enhance candidate experience and employer branding. u2022 Provide detailed reviews and recommendations for recruitment strategies. u2022 Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the hiring process. Requirements u2022 Proven experience in recruiting with a focus on end-to-end recruitment processes. u2022 Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with candidates and stakeholders. u2022 Expertise in strategizing and implementing recruitment policies and procedures. u2022 Ability to manage and streamline hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness. u2022 Knowledge of market trends and data analysis to support recruitment strategies. u2022 Familiarity with worker's compensation and employment regulations. u2022 Demonstrated ability to provide strategic guidance to hiring teams. u2022 Experience in conducting customer meetings and aligning recruitment goals with organizational strategies.
