Description We are looking for an HR Coordinator to join our team in Sidney, Ohio. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting human resources functions, including onboarding, employee engagement, and administrative tasks. This is a Contract to permanent position that offers an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a dynamic plastics manufacturing environment. Responsibilities: u2022 Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately. u2022 Coordinate and organize employee events to promote engagement and morale. u2022 Maintain and update attendance records to ensure compliance with company policies. u2022 Assist in scheduling and conducting interviews, providing support throughout the hiring process. u2022 Perform administrative HR tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining employee records. u2022 Support hiring processes and ensure compliance with hiring regulations. u2022 Utilize HRIS systems to manage employee data and generate reports as needed. u2022 Ensure adherence to HR compliance standards and company policies. u2022 Collaborate with various departments to address employee concerns and provide HR-related solutions. Requirements u2022 Prior experience in onboarding and human resources administration. u2022 Knowledge of HR compliance standards and regulations. u2022 Familiarity with HRIS systems and proficiency in managing employee data. u2022 Ability to handle background checks and ensure compliance with hiring practices. u2022 Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining records. u2022 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordinating interviews and events. u2022 Proficiency in administrative tasks, including data entry and documentation. u2022 Experience in a manufacturing or similar fast-paced environment is a plus.
