Telecom Voice Engineer

Description We are looking for a Telecom Voice Engineer to join our team on a long-term contract basis. In this role, you will contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of advanced telecom and voice systems, ensuring seamless communication across organizational platforms. Responsibilities: u2022 Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Active Directory services to ensure optimal system performance. u2022 Oversee the deployment and maintenance of Microsoft Windows Server environments. u2022 Implement and maintain Azure Active Directory solutions to support secure cloud-based operations. u2022 Administer Citrix technologies to optimize virtual desktop and application delivery. u2022 Collaborate with teams to manage Microsoft Exchange systems for reliable email and messaging services. u2022 Monitor telecom voice systems for performance and reliability, addressing issues proactively. u2022 Develop and document technical processes and procedures for system management. u2022 Provide technical support and guidance to resolve complex system issues. u2022 Participate in system upgrades and enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency. u2022 Ensure compliance with security protocols and best practices across all systems. Requirements u2022 Proficiency in configuring and managing Active Directory environments. u2022 Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server administration and troubleshooting. u2022 Experience with Azure Active Directory for cloud-based systems. u2022 Familiarity with Citrix technologies for virtual desktop and application solutions. u2022 Expertise in managing Microsoft Exchange email systems. u2022 Ability to identify and resolve technical issues in telecom voice systems. u2022 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. u2022 Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively within a team.
