Basic Qualifications: u2022 Must be 18 years of age or older u2022 No high school diploma, GED or college degree required u2022 No experience required and on the job training provided Preferred Qualifications: u2022 One (1) year of customer service or similar work experience preferred Responsibilities: u2022 Act as a Welcome Ambassador for arriving visitors u2022 Greet and engage with visitors in and around the facility area to offer informational assistance u2022 Communicate effectively with guest regarding services available u2022 Assist (aka Wheelchair Agent) with transporting of guest in wheelchairs u2022 Escort unaccompanied minors u2022 Assist with baggage as required u2022 Coordinate lines at check-in to ensure a smooth, orderly and efficient flow u2022 Transfer and distribute wheelchairs as needed u2022 Alert maintenance employees about malfunctioning restrooms, elevators, or other equipment. u2022 Report hazards and incidents encountered in daily operation u2022 Follow safety precautions at all times A good job for someone just entering the workforce or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education.
