Description We are looking for an experienced Internal Audit Manager/Director to lead and oversee audit initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage compliance programs, cultivate strong relationships with senior leadership, and provide guidance to improve internal controls. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of regulatory and financial reporting requirements. Requirements u2022 Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. u2022 Certification in assurance or auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent). u2022 Minimum of 8 years of experience in auditing or public accounting, with a strong understanding of risks and controls. u2022 Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and commitments effectively. u2022 Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly. u2022 Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. u2022 Experience in developing training materials and delivering educational programs. u2022 Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
