This role requires a strategic thinker who leverages data-driven insights to inform product vision, translates business objectives into actionable plans, and champions innovation in a fast-paced environment. As a product owner, you will harness data-driven insights to shape and evolve the product vision, translating complex business objectives into clear, actionable plans. Youu2019ll own and prioritize the product backlog, safeguard the integrity of features and components, and collaborate daily with cross-functional teamsu2014including Engineering, Design, and key business stakeholders. This is a high-impact role where youu2019ll drive measurable outcomes through product OKRs aligned with broader business goals, strengthen technology execution, and foster stakeholder engagement. Youu2019ll champion innovation, promote accountability, and lead with vision in a fast-paced, agile environmentu2014empowering teams to deliver exceptional experiences for our members. Responsibilities include: Product Vision, Strategy, and Roadmaps u2022 Collaborate with Product Managers to define strategy, conduct market research, maintain an aligned roadmap, and bring the customer perspective into features and experiences. u2022 Builds and aligns roadmaps for your features or suite of features and provides recommendations to leadership on scope based on priorities and overall product vision. u2022 Effectively communicates the product vision to team members. u2022 Defines team goals/metrics aligned with broader product objectives, and develops feature-level measurement plans to evaluate progress towards outcomes, aligned with business objectives. Backlog Ownership, Work Definition, and Prioritization u2022 Builds, prioritizes, monitors, edits, and maintains the flow and quality of the Team Backlog to provide teams with clear intent and ensure the delivery of business value, product health, and customer satisfaction. u2022 Ensures that all backlog items, plus dependencies, are entered and maintained in the work management tool. u2022 Provides input for testing through well-written user stories with thorough acceptance criteria. Through leading refinement sessions, they provide detailed feedback on completed user stories to ensure quality has been achieved by validating that the story meets the acceptance criteria. u2022 Supports testing, deployment, release, and post-release activities. They will work directly with engineering and others to optimize the working team model and ensure alignments across higher-level epics or requirements. u2022 Sets high-level direction for a quarter/planning increment, manages dependencies, and provides transparency to execute upon planning and prioritized features. u2022 Ensures that incremental learnings from product delivery are prioritized in the backlog. Trend Monitoring, Product Performance & Value u2022 Uses performance data to identify issues and develop new insights and hypothesis about product health (including product usage, technical health, customer feedback, and other sources as appropriate). u2022 Tracks team metrics that contribute to product OKRs, socializes progress and consistently reinforces objectives. Cross-Functional Teaming and Stakeholder Management u00b7 As a part of the cross-functional team, collaborates closely with engineering, design, architecture, operations and other team members using agile practices. u00b7 Leads the team to produce the product or experience demo and presents to stakeholders. u00b7 Serves as the point of contact for feature delivery and works directly with other Product Management, Delivery, and/or business roles as needed to ensure broader alignment with the Epic/initiative. Develop the Team and Shape Culture u00b7 Sets a positive culture by growing, coaching, and setting expectations on ways of working for team members. This is done through providing actionable feedback, investing time in junior team members, and continued collaboration. u00b7 Mentor peers in execution best practices and optimize workflows for scalability and impact. Required Qualifications u2022 7+ years required experience as a product owner, product manager, business analyst, or similar role on an agile team u2022 5+ years required experience in software product management, with demonstrated success shipping software through multiple releases managing the entire lifecycle from discovery to launch in an agile environment u2022 5+ years of experience overseeing end-to-end feature delivery, from requirements definition through launch and post-release optimization Preferred Qualifications u2022 Experience with marketing technologies, sales enablement, and customer engagement workflows and systems u2022 Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs), data lakes, and real-time analytics pipelines. u2022 Familiarity with agile/collaboration tools like Rally, Jira, SharePoint, Confluence, Adobe Analytics, Figma u2022 Ability to drive cross functional teams to alignment in the midst of ambiguity u2022 Strong negotiation, organizational, management, analytical and people skills u2022 Data-driven decision making and quantitative analysis skills u2022 General understanding of core software engineering concepts, including cloud technologies, DevOps, AI/ML. u2022 Advanced oral and written communication skills, influencing stakeholders across levels. Education: Bacheloru2019s degree or equivalent work experience. Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $118,450.00 - $284,280.00 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
