Description Contract Type: 1-year Contract to Hire Location: Hybrid. Must be near one of the following hubs and available onsite two days per week: + Boston, MA u2013 02108 + Nashville, TN u2013 37067 + Charlotte, NC u2013 28217 Pay: $40-42/hr About the Role We are looking for a CX-driven Digital Product Manager to own and elevate the digital customer experience on their website. This is more than a product roleu2014itu2019s about designing customer journeys, optimizing campaign experiences, and driving measurable engagement and conversion. You will be the voice of the customer, applying user-centered design principles, journey mapping, and data insights to create digital experiences that delight users and support business growth. What Youu2019ll Do + Own and optimize customer journeys and campaign experiences across their own website. + Apply UX and user-centered design principles to improve engagement, conversion, and satisfaction. + Analyze behavioral and qualitative data, including Medallia surveys, to identify friction points and opportunities. + Partner with marketing, UX, engineering, and content teams to design and launch campaign journeys, lead gen pages, and CMS-driven experiences. + Map customer journeys, uncover insights, and recommend actionable improvements. + Serve as a strategic advisor, translating data into decisions and aligning stakeholders around user-focused solutions. + Use tools like Contentsquare and Builder.io to monitor and enhance digital performance. + Drive initiatives independently while maintaining close collaboration across cross-functional teams. Requirements What You Bring + 5-8 years in digital product management, CX, or digital experience roles. + Strong foundation in UX, user-centered design, and customer journey optimization. + Experience analyzing data and feedback to improve digital experiences. + Proven ability to partner with marketing, UX, engineering, and content teams. + Confident advising stakeholders, asking the right questions, and translating insights into strategy. + Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented, user-first mindset. + Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments. Nice to Have + Experience in B2B environments or agency work. + Familiarity with Contentsquare, Builder.io, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Google Analytics. + Experience supporting large-scale consumer or enterprise websites. + Knowledge of experimentation frameworks, CRO, and campaign optimization.
