Aerotek is looking for experienced MIG Welders who take pride in producing clean, strong welds and want to work in a shop that values craftsmanship. What Youu2019ll Do + Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications + Set up welding machines and adjust settings for material type and thickness + Inspect welds for quality and accuracy + Operate grinders, torches, and other fabrication tools ? What You Need + Proven MIG welding experience (6 months - 3+ years preferred) + Ability to read and interpret blueprints + Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods ?
