Works with leadership team and social worker on individual child and family needs and accessing community resources. Trains and educates students, interns, volunteers, and patientu2019s family members. Supports staff by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment. Organizes data and individual childrenu2019s programs daily. Maintains organization in the classroom and other areas. Builds professional relationships with co-workers by being considerate of workloads and assisting with duties. Communicates honestly and addresses issues and problems privately. Respects each disciplineu2019s expertise and knowledge without questioning it in front of the patient/family. Provides direct therapy under the supervision of the BCBA to assist children in developing cognitive, language, self-help, social, and motor skills. Punctual with returning phone calls and emails, and for scheduled work hours, meetings, and patient treatment. Utilizes computer access confidentially and appropriately, following HIPAA guidelines, including appropriate use of social media. Other duties as assigned.
