Business Analyst

Job Description The Business Analyst will serve as the primary bridge between stakeholders, developers, and QA to ensure clear communication, accurate requirements, and smooth delivery of technology projects across Salesforce, MuleSoft, and AI platforms. This role gathers and documents business needs, translates them into well defined user stories, supports testing and acceptance criteria, maintains process documentation, and participates in Agile ceremonies to keep projects aligned and moving forward. The analyst will also help shape solutions, map dependencies, create user enablement materials, and use generative AI tools to streamline documentation and analysis while driving continuous improvement across teams.
