Sales Enablement Leadership Equips sales teams with compelling, up-to-date, and accessible resources (e.g., pitch decks, product sheets, case studies) to support acquisition, renewals, and expansion. Client Advocacy & Community Building Builds structured customer marketing programs that deepen client engagement, promote advocacy, and elevate partner voices through storytelling and events. Brand and Field Marketing Stewardship Owns and elevates brand presence and consistency across all B2G/B2B channels, while leading field marketing efforts that drive engagement at conferences and in-person events. Regulatory Content Oversight Manages the delivery and quality of required state-mandated regulatory publications, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance across print and digital formats. Cross-Functional Partnership Collaborates effectively with Sales, Product, Growth Marketing, Content, and Executive stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business priorities and go-to-market strategies. Operational and Team Leadership Builds and leads high-performing teams, streamlines marketing workflows, manages budgets efficiently, and fosters a culture of documentation, scalable processes, and professional development.
