Description We are looking for a highly-skilled Senior Analyst with expertise in franchise and licensing management to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This role focuses on financial analysis, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration to drive business performance and growth. The ideal candidate will bring a strong analytical mindset and a proven ability to evaluate financial data, identify opportunities, and support decision-making processes. Responsibilities: u2022 Analyze financial statements, including profit and loss reports, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for franchisees and licensees. u2022 Prepare and deliver monthly variance reports on profitability across franchise and licensing units. u2022 Monitor unit economics and assess key performance indicators such as margins, labor ratios, and breakeven points. u2022 Identify underperforming locations and collaborate with operations teams to implement profitability improvement initiatives. u2022 Develop pro forma financial models to evaluate new business opportunities and market expansions. u2022 Track accounts receivable from franchise partners and support collection efforts to ensure timely payments. u2022 Evaluate franchisee financial readiness and provide guidance on pricing, minimum guarantees, and margins during negotiations. u2022 Conduct market research and territory analysis to identify white-space opportunities for business growth. u2022 Convert monthly profit and loss reports into standardized dashboards and summaries for leadership review. u2022 Perform scenario modeling, sensitivity analysis, and risk assessments to support financial planning.
