Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades or technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, join our team as we help shape a brighter way forward.The Opportunity -We are currently seeking a Senior Director to join our Value and Risk Advisory team.Our Value and Risk Advisory platform is part of a global network comprised of experienced, licensed, qualified commercial real estate appraisers who use local insights and their years of expertise to deliver accurate, reliable and prompt valuations. We provide sound advice, no matter the size of a property,complexity of a project, or industry focus. Our professionals offer a full range of expertise, including counsel in financing, due diligence, risk analysis, financial reporting, dispute resolutions and equity offerings.The successful candidate will complete assignments in connection with commercial real estate valuation and consulting projects which may include analyzing complex highest and best use scenarios, estimation of cash flows utilizing discounted cash flow models, analyses of comparable sales and cost analyses.Responsibilities Include:Focus on management of team members, workflow and delivering superior client outcomes with less time spent on personally completing assignmentsOriginate select work, partnering with leadership to identify targetsOnly inspect properties for tier 1 clients, where client interaction can be a benefit to growing the business, and/or if coaching a junior team memberAttend at least two local commercial real estate events per year and volunteer for one board/leadership/committee position within AI/IRWA/ULI/etc.Represent the JLL brand: optimism, intelligence and collaborationProvide solutionsEducation Requirements:Continue participation in JLLU to focus on career path alignment and building professional skillset, including people management and business developmentMaster Argus competency (for team members of the national institutional team)Skillset Requirements:Successfully master all Director skillset requirementsMastery of the most complex concepts and assignments within chosen sectorFull competency in core skills and beginner competency in project management and/or account management skillsLicensing Requirements:State certified general appraiser licenseMaintain state licensing for specific geographic focus and pull temporary practice permits when requiredMinimum 3 years of holding CG licenseSign reportsManagement Scope:Assist with recruiting team membersPartner with (coach) analyst I's, senior analysts, associates, associate directors, and/or directors to complete assignmentsManage up to four individualsOur Team's Commitment to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion:Globally, our teams have participated in Conscious Inclusion and Unconscious Bias Training.
