Westinghouse Outdoor Power Equipment is seeking a highly motivated eCommerce Creative Specialist to join our in house creative team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a 100% onsite role reporting to the VP of Brand and Creative, with close collaboration with the Ecommerce Director, Product Development, and Sales leadership.u00a0The eCommerce Creative Specialist is a hands on, execution focused role responsible for creating high performing creative assets that support product sales on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. This individual will design, write, and build content that clearly communicates product features, specifications, and customer value while adhering to Westinghouse brand standards.u00a0This role is ideal for a creative professional with some experience who is eager to learn, grow, and work closely with leadership to execute a defined creative vision.u00a0Key Responsibilities- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Design ecommerce focused creative assets including Amazon listing images, enhanced brand content, A+ content, digital ads, and retailer specific assets- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Use Figma as the primary design tool for creating and maintaining ecommerce creative systems and templates- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Translate product specifications, features, and benefits into clear, compelling visual and written content- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Conduct competitive research to evaluate category trends, creative approaches, and positioning opportunities- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Develop differentiated creative that highlights customer benefits and supports conversion- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Create and maintain visual assets for the corporate Shopify website as needed- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Write and refine product focused copy to support ecommerce imagery and content- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Leverage AI tools to support ideation, copy development, efficiency, and creative exploration- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Collaborate cross functionally with Brand, Ecommerce, Product Development, Sales, and external partners- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Support product launches with ecommerce ready creative assets and supporting materials- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Assist with presentation and internal sales materials when needed- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Maintain consistency, accuracy, and attention to detail across all deliverables- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Follow established creative direction and processes while contributing ideas and solutions- u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0Stay current on ecommerce best practices, Amazon content standards, and digital design trendsu00a0Required Qualificationsu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Familiarity with Figma & Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustratoru00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 2--5 years of professional experience in graphic design or ecommerce focused creative rolesu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Strong proficiency in Figma with experience designing for ecommerce or digital platformsu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Solid understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and conversion driven designu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Ability to interpret product specifications and translate them into customer friendly messagingu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Comfortable writing and editing product focused copyu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Strong organizational skills with high attention to detailu00a0 u00a0 u00a0 u00a0 Self-motivated with the ability to execute independently while taking direction
