Essential Functions:u00a0 + Serve as the primaryu00a0day-to-dayu00a0operational contact foru00a0education programs atu00a0one or moreu00a0Clinical Hubs within a geographic region, supporting clinical outreach,u00a0operations, and business development teams with coordination and ongoing management of clinical rotations + In collaborationu00a0with internal stakeholders, develop, improve,u00a0andu00a0maintainu00a0standardized operating procedures (SOPs) foru00a0Clinical Hubu00a0day-to-dayu00a0operationsu00a0and clinical managementu00a0processes foru00a0AMOu00a0and external partnersu00a0u00a0 + Serve as front-line support for, andu00a0as a liaison between,u00a0clinical sites, preceptors, academic institutions,u00a0students,u00a0and internal teams to ensureu00a0high standardsu00a0in clinical education and adherence to accreditation, regulatory, and institutionalu00a0requirements.u00a0Promptly and correctlyu00a0identifyu00a0critical issues and feedback from students and preceptors requiring escalation internally or externally to school/clinical site stakeholders + Assistu00a0in setting up,u00a0coordinatingu00a0and confirming clinical rotation schedules; inform students and instructors of site-specific policies, requirements, and proceduresu00a0 + Coordinate and implement academic partner requirements for evaluation and examination, including collection of rotation evaluations andu00a0ifu00a0required,u00a0shelf exam proctoringu00a0 + Coordinate training resources, onboarding materials, and ongoing support for preceptorsu00a0and studentsu00a0to promote teaching excellence,u00a0program alignment, and student satisfaction + Review, organize, and verify all student and site documentation for accuracy, compliance, and readiness before rotationsu00a0commence.
