As we continue toevolve our brand and digital communications, we seek a Digital & GlobalBrand Operations Specialist to support the operational needs of theSocial Media COE, Content COE, Brand Comms COE, and Measurement &Insights COE teams.This role is pivotal in supporting the operational excellence of amulti-facted team through driving efficiency, alignment, and processoptimization.Responsibilities Budget Management: Oversee budgets across four unique cost centers,including complex chargebacks for video studio and event production.Ensure expenses align with project allocations and support financialtransparency. Partner with function billing coordinator as needed. Operational Partnership: Serve as a trusted operational partner tothe Sr Director, Corporate Brand Reputation Strategy & Insights,preparing for operational reviews and supporting strategic initiatives. Cross-CoE Collaboration: Connect dots between all Digital and BrandCoEs, synthesizing best practices, identifying economies of scale, andevaluating tradeoffs to maximize efficiency. Editorial Operations: Manage project management tools (e.g.,) to ensure all boards and timelines are accurate andcurrent. Track and update project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met. Assist in quality control processes before final asset delivery. Actively participate in content production and planning meetings toprovide updates and flag issues. Lead organizational calendars and assign out action items. Activelyparticipate in weekly content production planning and monthly editorialboard meetings to provide updates and flag issues. Process Optimization: Lead efforts to streamline collaboration,reduce bottlenecks, and enhance efficiency in digital communications andbrand operations, to ensure organizational storytelling priorities arebeing enhanced across relevant channels. Content & Analytics Integration: Identify and prioritize high-impactopportunities to anchor content and analytics into corporatecommunications pensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $73,400 - $ 122,850. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and educationwill be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter canshare more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% ofannual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave,vacation, sick, and bereavement. Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, and complexchargeback processes. Strong project management skills, including proficiency with toolssuch as . Proven ability to synthesize best practices and drive processimprovements across multiple teams. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
