With a net new revenue focus, they are the fuel forWorkdays new customer growth. This fantastic team of hardworkingprofessionals play a key role in guiding new customers on a journey thatcan see them leave the limitations of legacy platforms behind and moveforward with a new class of enterprise management cloud. As a team, webelieve that in partnering with our customers to craft relevantsolutions that deliver long lasting value is super important. We want tomake sure that our customers are positively satisfied from day one andforever ongoing. In this role, you will:Develop strategy for prioritizing, targeting, and closing keyopportunities in assigned territoryPerform account planning for assigned accounts, coordinating withpre-sales and other resources to ensure strategic alignmentInitiate and support sales of Workday solutions within Medium Enterpriseprospects and shares Workday value propositionsMaintain accurate and timely customer/prospect, pipeline, and serviceforecast dataAbout YouBasic Qualifications4+ years of experience selling SaaS/Cloud based ERP / HCM / Financial /Planning / or Analytics solutions to C-levels from a field salesposition.4+ years experience negotiating deals with a variety of C-SuiteExecutives to close opportunities4+ years experience in engaging in a programmatic approach to generateand develop leads within your territoryOther QualificationsProven track record in a high-velocity sales cycle, includingprospecting for a portion of opportunitiesUnderstanding of the the strategic competitive landscape of the industryby staying up to date with trends and customer needs so you caneffectively position Workday solutions within accountsExperience leveraging and partnering with internal team members onaccount strategiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and anyadditional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based onwork location. As a part of the total compensation package, this rolemay be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specificcommission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
