As a Program Manager II within PNC's Technology organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Phoenix, AZ or Dallas, TX. This position is primarily based in a location within PNCu2019s footprint. PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. As a Program Manager II, youu2019ll lead and support programs within PNCu2019s CTO infrastructure portfolio, with a focus on path to production, cloud, and hosting initiatives. Youu2019ll work alongside talented project and program managers while driving outcomes that support PNCu2019s continued growth and national expansion. Key Responsibilities: u2022 Lead and manage complex, crossu2011functional technology programs from planning through execution and delivery u2022 Drive progress across infrastructure initiatives, ensuring alignment to scope, schedule, risks, and dependencies u2022 Partner with senior leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to align priorities and deliver results u2022 Contribute to enterprise modernization efforts as part of PNCu2019s Orange Rocket programu2014a strategic portfolio focused on innovating and modernizing our technology infrastructure u2022 Apply strong program leadership skills to influence outcomes, solve challenges, and keep initiatives moving forward Flex across team priorities as needed, supporting broader program needs with a collaborative mindset Key Skills and Experience: u2022 Significant experience in project and/or program management within complex environments u2022 Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives, organize work, and drive results u2022 Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management u2022 Experience supporting technology infrastructure, cloud, hosting, or productionu2011related initiatives u2022 Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or traditional delivery models u2022 Comfort working across matrixed teams and influencing without direct authority PNC will not provide sponsorship for employment visas or participate in STEM OPT for this position. Job Description + Leads a cross functional program/project team to ensure the execution of organizational programs in support of corporate strategy. Leads complex programs/projects requiring planning, oversight, and communication across multiple segments, channels, or lines of business. Typically, program size may reach or exceed $25m. + Manages the general and detailed planning stages of organizational programs; influences project decisions to achieve overall program goals. + Oversight and reporting for the program budget while working to ensure success of the program. + Evaluates the implementation and effectiveness of the programs and recommends enhancements to programs based on results. + Teams with service partners to ensure seamless delivery and a consistent experience across multiple distribution channels. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $65,000.00 u2013 $158,700.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
