If you love making people smile, this is the role for you Essential Duties + Plan, organize, and leadengaging group and individual activities(games, arts & crafts, fitness, music, outings, etc.) + Encourage resident participation and adapt programs to meet diverse needs + Build warm, positive relationships with residents and families + Collaborate with the Life Enrichment team to enhance resident wellness Qualifications include: + Experience in recreation, activities, or therapeutic programming preferred + Creative, energetic, and compassionate personality + Ability to motivate and engage older adults in fun and meaningful activities Education: + Bacheloru2019s degree in Therapeutic Recreation, or related field.
