Maintenance Technician

Twin City Staffing is hiring a maintenance technician to support production and facility equipment at a metal manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude who enjoys troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and keeping operations running efficiently. Training is available for the right candidate. Location: Minneapolis, MN Wage: $27 32/hr (based on experience) Hours: 2nd shift Monday Thursday, 2:30 PM 12:30 AM Benefits of the maintenance technician: Signing bonus Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Medical and dental insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) Paid holidays Short- and long-term disability 401(k) / Roth with employer match Underground parking Professional, team-oriented work environment Duties of the maintenance technician: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment such as CNCs, lasers, press brakes, punch presses, and anodizing equipment Maintain and repair facility support equipment including boilers, chillers, compressors, pumps, and HVAC systems Complete scheduled preventative maintenance to reduce downtime Maintain inventory of maintenance parts and supplies Support equipment installations and upgrades as needed Requirements of the maintenance technician: High school diploma with trade school certification preferred 3 5 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or equivalent) Basic electrical troubleshooting skills Experience using hand and power tools Class C Boiler License or willingness to obtain Special license within 90 days (company-paid) Valid Minnesota Class D driver s license Additional information: Apply today To learn more about this maintenance technician position, contact Nancy at 763-571-7077.
