CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Survey Project Manager to join our Survey Geospatial Team working remotely. This is your opportunity to deepen your technical knowledge while gaining meaningful exposure to project planning, tracking, and team collaboration. What You'll Do: Manage survey projects from development of project proposals through completionOversee all aspects of project delivery, including scope, budget, and schedule, and serve as a primary client contactCoordinate contracts, purchase orders, and project documentation with clients and subcontractorsLead project financials, subcontractor payments, and monthly review meetings with operationsDevelop project-specific health and safety plans and ensure QA/QC compliance as determined by the Quality Management PlanCommunicate updates clearly to clients, management, and project teams to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects What You Bring: High school diploma required; Associate's and/or Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 7 years of related experience required; minimum of 2 years of project management experience requiredProficiency with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and other management software required; MicroStation and InRoads experience preferredSolid understanding of surveying principles, field methods, and industry standardsStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a teamProven ability to manage scope, budget and schedule of technical tasksStrong leadership, organization, and multitasking skillsAbility to work outdoors in various weather conditionsProfessional representation and strong interpersonal skills when interacting with the publicValid driver's license required with the ability to travel short-term preferredKnowledge of Deltek Vision preferredLSIT or PLS certification preferred Why You'll Love It Here: Contribute to projects that support critical infrastructure and strengthen the communities we serveCollaborate with experienced surveyors, engineers, and technical teams who value accuracy, innovation, and teamworkExpand your technical capabilities in a supportive environment committed to professional developmentCurious how CHA's Survey Geospatial team is shaping mobility and infrastructure?
