JOB REQUIREMENTS: Sales Remote - US As the Senior Director, you willbe responsible for all client interfaces within a group of accountsacross the Financial Services industry in the North America region. Youwill work with the wider market facing and delivery team to build theportfolio and account plans and deliver business growth and clientmanagement for the Salesforce ecosystem of services and solutions.Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue,margin, and practice growth, including net new account acquisition.Build and expand a high-value Salesforce portfolio exceeding $20M byowning the full opportunity lifecycle: Prospect, Evaluate, Propose, andClose Manage strategic client relationships and serve as a trustedadvisor to C-suite executives, positioning Simplus as a preferredpartner for digital and Salesforce-led transformation. Create andexecute detailed account plans in collaboration with Salesforce andclient teams, aligning on business p riorities, identifying whitespaceopportunities, and driving joint value realization through roadmapplanning. Partner with Infosys (parent company) Client Managers, SalesExecutives, and consulting leaders to source, shape, and lead qualifiedopportunities, managing all pre-sales activities end-to-end. Leverageindustry and client insights to collaborate with solution leaders indesigning tailored Salesforce offerings and go-to-market plays thataddress specific industry and account needs. Drive thought leadership byauthoring white papers, blogs, and market insights that influence thedialogue around digital transformation, AI, and Salesforce innovation inFinancial Services. Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up withSalesforce product innovations, industry trends, and relevantcertifications to bring forward-looking perspectives to clients. Ensuredelivery excellence by working closely with Delivery Managers to addresschallenges, reinforce client satisfaction, and maximize delivered value.Manage Salesforce alliance relationships by partnering with AEs, RVPs,and PSMs to align on territory strategy, co-sell motions, and jointpursuits driving co- sell revenue across Financial Services accounts.
