PositionOverview The Vice President of Digital and Data Engineering will leadthe company's enterprise data strategy, architecture, and engineeringinitiatives to enable data-driven decision-making at scale. In addition,this leader will oversee the digital product management function,driving the development of modern data platforms and digital solutionsthat foster innovation, operational efficiency, and businesstransformation. The ideal candidate is a strategic, forward-thinkingexecutive who combines deep technical expertise in data engineering withstrong product leadership acumen. This individual will build and sustaina robust, high-quality data foundation that supports advanced analytics,machine learning, and AI-enabled decision-making. EssentialDuties Define and execute a modern enterprise data strategy aligned withbusiness goals and digital transformation priorities. Partner with theVP of Artificial Intelligence and other technology and business leadersto design and deliver scalable data pipelines, platforms, andarchitectures that enable advanced analytics and AI innovation. Overseethe engineering, modernization, and integration of enterprise datasystems and digital tools, ensuring high availability, security, andperformance. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, includingdata mesh, cloud-native development, and continuous delivery frameworks.Establish standards for data quality, governance, and accessibility toensure trusted data across all domains and use cases. Partner withscientific, clinical, and commercial leaders to ensure digital and datacapabilities accelerate research, optimize operations, and enhancecustomer experiences.
