Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer Madison, WI KeyResponsibilities: Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applicationsusing modern frameworks and cloud-native services. Implement and enhanceRESTful APIs, microservices, and integrations with internal and externalplatforms. Build performant, accessible, and responsive front-end userinterfaces. Collaborate with peers and technical leads on system design,implementation, and code reviews. Write clean, testable, andmaintainable code following best practices. Implement and contribute toCI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and observability improvements.Support production systems through troubleshooting, debugging, andon-call participation as needed. Stay current with emerging technologiesand contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Create and maintaintechnical documentation to ensure operational readiness andsupportability. Ensure compliance with security standards, datagovernance, and accessibility requirements. Provide accurate timelinesfor specific tasks assigned. Travel as needed for projects or support(5-10%). Job Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience insoftware development, with demonstrated expertise in both front-end andback-end systems. Strong proficiency in at least one modern front-endframework (React, Angular, or Vue). Experience developing backendservices using Node.js, Java, Go, or Python. Solid understanding ofRESTful API design, database modeling, and integration patterns.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) andcontainerized deployments (Docker, Kubernetes).
