FTE: 1.000000 Standard Hours: 40.00 Shift: Shift 1 ShiftDetails: Holidays: Weekends: Job Summary: The Manager provides strategicand daily operational leadership Interventional Radiology (IR) at FMLH.This individual must be able to apply principles of leadership and humanrelations in the overall leadership of their area(s) and coordination ofpatient care and personnel for a 24/7 procedural area. This role ensureshigh-quality, efficient, and patient-centered care in alignment withorganizational goals and regulatory standards. The Manager collaboratesclosely with multidisciplinary leaders and medical staff to advanceclinical excellence, operational performance and team engagement acrosstheir designated procedural area(s). EXPERIENCE DESCRIPTION: A minimumof 3 years of progressive experience in clinical and operationalleadership within a procedural area (e.g. Cath/EP/IR/ECMO/MCS/Transportincluding leadership responsibilities. Demonstrated expertise inoperations, regulatory compliance, and team development within CL, EP,IR or ECMO/MCS/Transport. EDUCATION DESCRIPTION: Bachelor's degree innursing, Health Science, Health Administration, or a related healthcarefield is required. A combination of relevant clinical experience andleadership background may be considered in lieu of degree requirements.Master's degree Nursing, Healthcare, Business Administration, or arelated clinical discipline is preferred. TRAINING DESCRIPTION: Clinicaltraining or experience related CL, EP, IR or ECMO/MCS/Transport ispreferred. SPECIAL SKILLS DESCRIPTION: Strong leadership, communication,interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability toeffectively lead cross-functional teams and manage performance in ahighly matrixed healthcare environment. Proficiency with officetechnology, electronic health records, and technology in the specificprocedural area. Ability to travel between multiple clinical siteswithin the South Region as needed. LICENSURE DESCRIPTION: Current stateof Wisconsin Registered Nurse license, or ARRT registered. If ARRTregistered must have current State of Wisconsin license as aRadiographer, plus 1 of the following appropriate to procedural area:RCES or RCIS or Advanced certification through ARRT in ARRT-CI, ARRT-CVor ARRT-VI. For ECMO/MCS/Transport Department: Requires ECMO SpecialistCertification/Training or Certified Clinical Perfusionist, or graduateof a Commission on Accreditation of Respiratory Care (CoARC) accreditedSchool for Respiratory care if not a nurse. Basic Life Support for theHealthcare Provider (BLS) or an AHA approved equivalent is requiredwithin 3 months of hire. American Heart Association (AHA) AdvancedCardiac Life Support (ACLS) is preferred.
