Join us in shaping the future of our organizationthrough change leadership We are looking for an experienced Change Leadto play a pivotal role in the execution of a multi-year globaltransformation program. You will lead the regional execution of SuccessEnablement (SE) Plans, ensuring alignment with the global programobjectives. You will report to the Director for Strategic Planning andOperations, Data, Analytics, Insights and Innovation. You will help leadChange Management and Program Operations for the Demand to RenewTransformation initiative for the North America region. YourResponsibilities: Lead the execution of Success Enablement (SE) Plans atthe regional level and customize learning, communication, and changenetwork materials for adoption and regional ways of working Maintainstakeholder list and promote regional team member engagement andcommunications Collaborate with global teams to address regional needsand provide pulse on regional adoption and blockers Coordinate with SEWorkstream Leads and Instructional Designers to ensure regional trainingprograms align with local needs Facilitate regional change networkengagement, train-the-trainer sessions, translation Quality Assurancefacilitations, and stakeholder list maintenance Support end-usertraining sessions for their region Conduct change Impact Analysis withsubject matter experts to understand local possible effects andpotential resistance Provide regular progress reports to central andregional leadership Collaborate with Global Business Process Leaders(GBPLs) to regionalize new processes and gain regional understanding TheEssentials - You Will...
